Senior Executive / Executive, Alumni Relations and Engagement

- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Completion Bonus + 16 Days Leave

- Manage alumni communications and respond to enquiries professionally across multiple channels.
- Maintain and update the alumni database to support outreach and engagement activities.
- Develop alumni networks and plan local and overseas engagement activities.
- Manage alumni updates on social media platforms and corporate website.
- Feature alumni success stories to promote achievements and community engagement.
- Track engagement outcomes, prepare reports and benchmark against best practices.
- Improve alumni programmes through feedback, surveys, focus groups and new initiatives.
- Work with the Career Services team to connect alumni and their organisations with students and graduates.
- Manage budget and resources for alumni activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote professional development and lifelong learning opportunities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree in Business Admin or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, events, alumni relations or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with different stakeholders.
