Senior Executive / Executive, Accounts Receivable
- Location : Near Promenade MRT
- Working hours : Office Hours Monday - Friday
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + 2-3 Months' Performance Bonus + 16 Days Leave

- Perform daily cash count on CISCO scheduled days and ensure accurate collection tabulation and banking duties.
- Process refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
- Post daily transactions, including invoices, receipts and related AR entries.
- Monitor outsourced team performance and review outsourced work scope.
- Support the invoicing team and liaise with business units on technical solutions.
- Download monthly data and reports from the SMS system.
- Prepare month-end journal entries.
- Prepare and check AR, revenue, scholarship and discount entries.
- Prepare audit schedules, bank reconciliation and analytical files.
- Prepare monthly slides for board deck and TMM reporting.
- Generate AR and collection-related reports as required.
- Support audit queries and audit-related work.
- Work with the Bursar team and Finance team to review and streamline work processes.
- Assist in system/process improvement initiatives and update work instructions and guidelines.
- Participate in EduTrust and other statutory compliance matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Around 3–4 years of relevant accounts receivable/accounting experience.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
