Business Development Executive - Choa Chu Kang

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
• Anticipating client needs and proactively addressing them.
• Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer's needs
• Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
• Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure the solution
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management, and ability to multitask

• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care)
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required Skill(s):

• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales, Customer Relationship, Account Management or equivalent.
• The candidate will act as a Account Executive / Business Development Executive for this job position.
