Luxury Client Advisor (Jewellery)

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of luxury retail experience — in jewellery, or timepieces — who knows how to make clients feel truly seen.

MUS.za is a curated luxury boutique celebrating artisanal design, personal storytelling, and timeless elegance. Based at the iconic Raffles Hotel, we're growing our Singapore presence and looking for a confident, relationship-driven Client Advisor to join our team.

• Deliver personalized, memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors
• Drive sales through genuine connection, storytelling, and deep product knowledge
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups, outreach, and one-on-one service
• Keep the boutique immaculate and operations running smoothly

• Minimum 2 years' luxury retail experience (jewellery, fashion, or timepieces preferred)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Strong sales track record and a consultative, client-first approach
• A polished, professional presence and an eye for detail
