• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable luxury experience for every client
• Assist customers in selecting high-quality jewelry and provide expert product advice
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through service excellence
• Maintain impeccable grooming and professionalism in line with luxury brand standards

• Previous experience in luxury retail
• Applicants without retail experience but with Cabin Crew / hospitality service background are welcome
• Passion for luxury retail and representing a prestigious brand
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
