Location: Central

Duration: 12 months contract (subject to extension/conversion)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 830am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $5200 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

Mailroom Services (20%)
  • Sort, distribute all inbound mail items (courier, mail, registered, inter-office).
  • Fold and/or post outgoing mail and seals envelopes by hand.
  • Adhere to mail delivery run schedules.
  • Collect returned cheques from banks.
  • Arrange local and overseas courier pickups
  • Update and maintain mail logs.
  • Mail franking and request top up if credit is low.
  • To maintain and upkeep the mailroom supplies and equipment
Office Facilities (80%)
  • To ensure adequate printing consumables & envelopes supplies in all utility area.
  • Perform daily office walkabout to report and/or follow up on defects/faulty equipment, lightings and other facilities, including maintain and check on fire extinguishers.
  • Perform 1st level troubleshooting on facilities faults, report to FM and place service calls when needed.
  • Hands on to carry out in-house repair and maintenance jobs within the capacity to do so.
  • Escort suppliers’ servicing team into office premises for maintenance and/or inspections.
  • Regular upkeep of office area (including maintain and tidy utility area, storage area)
  • Assist in the Building/Landlord fire drills, system/ power shutdowns, periodic inspections, etc.
  • Assist in logistics requests for company events both internally and externally as needed (including Play-recreation area set-up). Coordinate with Secretaries for Group CEO’s office events, including standby for overseas guests’ visits.
  • Works collaboratively within the Admin & Facility Management team on renovation projects, office relocations and workspace rearrangement
  • Assist to run errands and/or any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min N level and above
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Familiar with franking machines & SingPost requirements
  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage
  • Singaporeans only.
