Job Title: Healthcare Support Staff (Healthcare Assistant / Admin / PSA / Clinic Assistant)

We are looking for motivated and caring individuals to join our healthcare team. The role involves assisting with patient care, clinic operations, and administrative support to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients/clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities as needed
• Support clinical staff in medical procedures or patient preparation
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the clinic/centre
• Serve meals or assist with dietary needs when required
• Transport or porter patients/clients between areas within the facility
• Support group activities or rehabilitation sessions under supervision
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and visitors
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare, clinic, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a caring attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends if required

Working Hours: Full-time or part-time, shifts may vary depending on role
