Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals)
  • Assist the sales team by providing information, preparing quotations, and coordinating the sales process from inquiry to order placement
  • Create and send invoices to clients for products and services rendered and follow up on overdue payments
  • Coordinate with the finance department to track and manage payment collections.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals and contracts
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Work closely with the sales team to align efforts with promotional activities
  • Identify emerging customer needs to inform product and service development
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issuesin a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience
  • Provide customer feedback to enhance offerings based on market demands
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions and payments
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and outstanding payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the printing industry.
  • Applicants with professional Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments, including sales, marketing, and production
