Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals)
- Assist the sales team by providing information, preparing quotations, and coordinating the sales process from inquiry to order placement
- Create and send invoices to clients for products and services rendered and follow up on overdue payments
- Coordinate with the finance department to track and manage payment collections.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals and contracts
- Actively seek new business opportunities and clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Work closely with the sales team to align efforts with promotional activities
- Identify emerging customer needs to inform product and service development
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issuesin a timely and satisfactory manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience
- Provide customer feedback to enhance offerings based on market demands
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions and payments
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and outstanding payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the printing industry.
- Applicants with professional Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate with different departments, including sales, marketing, and production
