Responsibilities- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and team supervision for logistics operations
- Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient workflows
- Plan and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transport and fleet management
- Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to reduce transportation costs
- Coordinate inventory control and warehouse layout to improve stock accuracy and fulfillment efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., OTIF) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements using Lean principles and technology solutions
- Act as a safety representative and support delivery operations when required
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, wholesale distribution, retail supply chain, or warehouse management
- Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) and inventory tracking tools
- Forklift license is required
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
