Position Overview
The Account Servicing Manager is a crucial liaison between the client and our agency, championing the client's needs while showcasing our strengths. Your role will involve taking full ownership of accounts, ensuring their success by aligning the client's objectives with our agency's services.A deep understanding of the clients' businesses and the ability to engage with both internal teams and clients to plan and execute their campaign and event experiences is essential
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant to clients regarding campaign and event communication solutions
- Overseeing the progress and development of accounts and projects
- Foster and enhance client relationships, both current and prospective
- Generate and refine campaign ideas, proposals, and presentations, as well as create clear and concise briefs and meeting documentation
- Implement and ensure the successful completion of 360° communication campaigns for clients and the agency
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results promptly
- Minimum diploma/degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing or business consulting company with knowledge in marketing, campaign management, knowledge in event management is a plus!
- Ability to handle pressure, work within tight schedules and on weekends
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Relevant work experience in an advertising, FMCG industry or events agency
- Strong track record of success in campaign project management: manage, plan, organize and execute a wide range of successful events from inception to completion, within budget.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to oversee multiple events concurrently in a timely and accurate manner, on budget
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with agencies, colleagues and vendors
To excel, you need to be a go-getter, independent, resourceful, able to multi-task and have a truckload of that uncommon common sense. Not forgetting a sparkling personality and great interpersonal skills. Immediate availability will put you at the front of the pre-screening process.
