About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our fashion and lifestyle store. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage customers and perform push sales to achieve targets
Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers
Handle POS transactions accurately
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock organization
Receive, replenish, and track inventory
Support product displays and promotions
Assist with store social media updates (IG/FB/TikTok)
Work closely with the team to improve sales performance
Willing to do OT with OT pay
Flexible to shift reschedule based on business needs

Requirements

1–3 years of retail experience (fashion retail preferred)
Singapore Citizen and PR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
Able to work overtime when required
