Salary range: $2500 - $3000 (subjected to work experience) + Commission scheme
Job scope:
- Greet, assist, and build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs.
- Provide professional product knowledge and recommendations on watches and related accessories.
- Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock management, including replenishment and inventory checks.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Individuals with strong passion for retail and service industry.
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holiday.
