Job Description:
As a Senior/ Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for oral supplements and medical devices to meet sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations highlighting benefits and features to potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Provide clients with essential information, including usage instructions and safety precautions.
- Identify prospective clients and create new business opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts while addressing customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the medical sector, specifically working with orthopaedics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
