Assistant Store Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our warehouse store. You will assist in managing inventory, supervising store staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows to meet operational targets.

• Assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day warehouse store operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Supervise and guide store assistants to ensure productivity and compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to store operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems).
