Responsibilities- Operate as the main coordinator between client teams and product specialists
- Configure, test, and activate advanced manufacturing software on-site and remotely
- Drive adoption by training users and addressing usage challenges
- Adjust plans and priorities based on real-time needs and feedback
- Interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for system enhancement
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine features and deploy updates
- Support stakeholder discussions, solution walkthroughs, and sales engagements
- Experience in semiconductor fab or assembly settings
- Proficient in SQL and database management
- Understanding of industrial engineering principles and automated manufacturing systems
- Exposure to MES platforms, FDC/APC tools, and software rollout processes is advantageous
