Gym Manager / Sales Executive

Monoview Global Holdings is investing in and developing a private personal training and Pilates studio in Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and sales-driven Studio Manager / Sales Executive to manage daily studio operations, support business development, and help grow the studio from its early stage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the private training and Pilates studio
• Represent the company in day-to-day operational matters
• Coordinate with contractors, renovation vendors, equipment suppliers and service providers
• Handle basic administrative documents and operational paperwork within the scope authorised by the company
• Assist with renovation, setup, equipment arrangement and studio opening preparation
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with leads
• Sell personal training packages, Pilates packages, studio rental packages and other approved services
• Build and maintain relationships with freelance trainers, Pilates instructors and fitness professionals
• Manage bookings, schedules and customer communication
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety and equipment condition
• Report sales performance, customer feedback and operational issues to management
• Major contracts, financial commitments and legal documents must be reviewed and approved by company directors or management before execution

Requirements:

• Experience in fitness, Pilates, gym operations, sales, customer service or retail is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to manage daily operations and follow company procedures
• Interest in fitness, Pilates, bodybuilding, personal training or wellness is preferred
• Able to work on-site in Singapore
• Candidates with experience in membership sales, studio management or fitness sales will be preferred

Salary:

SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500 basic salary per month, plus sales commission and performance bonus. Final package will depend on experience and performance.
