Konbini Technologies builds Smart Machines and Asset Management software systems for enterprises in the industrial, aerospace, government, engineering sectors amongst others.

Clients include Apple, Singapore Prisons, MHA, MINDEF, Applied Materials, Shimano, Novartis, Pfizer, amongst others.

We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive (Smart Lockers, Enterprise IT) with strong existing networks to outreach and acquire new clients within the Industrial, Government, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering or Institutional sectors.

This role involves a base salary + commission, and will focus on promoting and selling our Smart Lockers & Asset Management solutions to suitable companies.

This role is for a candidate based in Singapore but can be performed anywhere in Singapore (hybrid/remote)- you will be expected to hunt for clients and engage clients in person- you can work from anywhere (not necessarily in our office)

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales for the business by identifying and developing new customer opportunities, expanding market share, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

The candidate must have strong ability to penetrate various industries- some recommended industries include - Semicon,Pharma, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Hospitals, Education.

Candidates must have strong existing networks and B2B sales experience. Do not apply if you are unable to fufill this criteria

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Prepare proposals and close contracts with new and existing customers.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing requirements and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or related roles
  • Track record in acquiring and growing B2B accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
