Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent
- Working hours : 5 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500+ Performance Bonus
- Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:
- Attending to Customer’s enquiries and booking of shipments
- Arrange for space bookings and monitoring
- Liaise closely with Import/Export Department for smooth execution for all jobs
- Preparation of all pre-alerts to all respective stations prior to arrival and departure of shipping
- Checking of arriving and uplift details each morning and also keep all Customers informed of the acquired information
- To check and ensure customers special request/handling is duly complied
- Deal with the respective parties effectively & efficiently, using a diplomacy and negotiation skills
- Good fillings systems and proper housekeeping
- Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers
Requirements:
- NO EXPERIENCE WELCOME - Training Provided
- 2 year experience in freight forwarding (Air/Sea freight) is added advantage
- GCE’O’ Level & above
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
