We are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Executive to assist in managing high volume of incoming calls and support daily operations. This role will be a key role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and accurate details being uploaded in the company's system.
Salary: Basic Up to $2600/monthAllowances + AWS entitled
Location: North
Working hours: Any 5 days/week, 44 hours/week
Day/Night Shift Available (Fixed)ASAP - Long term
Jobscope:- Handle customer queries through phone calls/emails
- Follow up with escalated cases
- Simple data-entry
- Any adhoc duties assigned
