Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and culturally astute Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee Resorts World Sentosa's regional sales and marketing strategies across Korea and Australia. The role is responsible for growing market share, developing localized marketing campaigns, and driving revenue in these key markets.

You'll play a key role in aligning market-specific strategies with business objectives and building meaningful partnerships to support commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Korea and Australia markets
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution partnerships
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders
  • Design and execute localized marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends
  • Oversee social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing efforts
  • Organize and support promotional events such as trade shows and launches
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and report key insights to leadership

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in regional sales and marketing roles
  • Proven track record in Korea and Australia market penetration
  • Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C business models
Skills
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to exceed revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written)
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptive to local market needs
