Desktop Engineer, $2800-3000 (Multiple locations, START ASAP!) - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support services to end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve help requests, escalating incidents as needed to meet customer satisfaction and SLA requirements.
• Perform system imaging and re-imaging of end-user devices.
• Conduct asset inventory management and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate technical issues to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.
• Update and maintain incident records in the ticketing system.
• Create and update work instructions as required.
• Develop and document standards and procedures to support consistent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop supporting
• Prior experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or their equivalent:

o Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops.
