Job Responsibilities
  • Develop the company’s medium and long-term business development strategy for the commercial cleaning market, focusing on core sectors including office buildings, industrial parks, commercial complexes, healthcare facilities, and large-scale public infrastructure, and take the lead in building a client development system.
  • Lead the business development team to identify high-value business opportunities, independently engage with key clients, and oversee the entire process from demand communication, customized solution design, commercial negotiations to contract signing, taking full responsibility for overall sales targets.
  • Deepen penetration in the local Singapore market, establish and maintain key client resources such as government agencies, large property groups, and enterprise parks, and improve client renewal and referral rates.
  • Overall coordinate market research and competitor analysis, accurately capture industry trends, policy dynamics and competitor strategies, and provide core decision support for the company’s service innovation, pricing optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with bid managers and operations teams to provide business logic and client demand support in tender proposals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales and team management experience in Singapore, with at least 2 years of relevant work background in the cleaning services or facility management industry, and a thorough understanding of the local commercial cleaning market ecosystem.
  • Possess mature reserved client resources (priority given to office buildings, industrial parks, and large enterprises), with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to secure large-value project contracts and drive business growth.
  • Proficient in Singapore’s commercial negotiation etiquette and cooperation models, with excellent bilingual communication (Chinese and English), presentation and proposal demonstration skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrate sharp market insight, strategic thinking and cost awareness, and the ability to develop compliant and competitive development strategies in line with industry policies.
  • Results-oriented, with strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to frequent field visits and cross-departmental collaboration, and possess excellent team leadership and motivation skills.
