Job Description
English Football School is seeking an experienced Football School Business Development Manager to support the growth and development of its football academy programmes in Singapore.
The successful candidate will play an important leadership role in expanding football participation, managing coaching operations, and strengthening partnerships with schools and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support strategies to expand youth football programmes across Singapore
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, sports organizations, and community groups
- Oversee and support academy coaching staff to ensure high coaching standards and programme quality
- Design and implement structured football training programmes and player development pathways
- Support recruitment and retention of players within academy programmes
- Organise football events, tournaments, and community football initiatives
- Contribute to business development opportunities and academy programme growth
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, players, and partner organisations
- Minimum 10 years management or leadership experience
- Minimum 15 years experience in football coaching, football management, or academy programme development
- Recognised football coaching qualifications
- Proven experience managing coaching staff or football programmes
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience building relationships with schools or community sports organisations is advantageous

Additional Information
This role requires significant experience in football programme development and academy management. The successful candidate will bring valuable international football development knowledge and will contribute to implementing structured coaching systems and best practices within the academy.
Due to the specialised nature of football academy programme development and the requirement for extensive experience in structured youth football systems, candidates with significant international football management experience are strongly preferred.
The role will also support the transfer of international football development knowledge and coaching methodologies to local coaching staff, contributing to the continued improvement of youth football programmes in Singapore.
