Ad Hoc Health Coach HEALTHCARE #HJN

Duties:

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions to assess clients’ health status, identify goals, and develop personalised health management plans.
• Review and customise auto-generated health plans to fit individual employee needs.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other lifestyle factors to promote overall well-being.
• Conduct coaching follow-up sessions post-health screening, including review of anthropometric and blood pressure measurements.
• Support the administration of health surveys and documentation of employee progress
• Identify red flags or high-risk cases (e.g., chronic conditions not well managed) and escalate to doctors for further review.

• Minimum Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching, Nursing, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or other relevant fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees remotely.
• Familiarity with preventive health, chronic disease support, and behaviour change coaching preferred.
