Our client is a Fund Manager with a dynamic and challenging work environment, looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to assist the business in operating in adherence to all relevant regulations.

Your role responsibilities include:

• Performing AML/KYC checks on clients, employees and investments
• Ensuring the business is operating in accordance with all Capital Market Service (CMS) License requirements and conditions.
• Advising management and internal stakeholders on new products and ventures
• Liaison engagement with MAS and other regulatory bodies, as well as facilitating internal and external audits
• Continually enhance the compliance framework and ensure policies and manuals are regularly updated and monitored
• Prepare and submit all necessary regulatory reporting in a timely fashion
• Conducting training on compliance matters for all staff

• Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business or Law, or relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance roles within the Fund Management industry
• Commercially minded, able to provide practical solutions to protect the business against unnecessary risk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
