Job Description

We're seeking a driven and versatile intern to join our growing business operations team. This unique role offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions, making it perfect for students who want to understand how businesses truly operate whilst developing practical skills.

You'll work directly with business owners, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and solutions that you simply can't learn in textbooks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Edit photos and videos for marketing materials
  • Create engaging graphics using Canva and other design tools
  • Handle administrative tasks and paperwork organisation
  • Conduct research and liaise with vendors/suppliers
  • Follow up with leads and arrange appointments/meetings between prospects and our team
  • Write blog articles and website content
  • Update website content and manage online presence
  • Support various ad-hoc business projects as they arise

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated learner who embraces "Professor Google/YouTube/ChatGPT" approach
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Independent, meticulous, task-oriented and takes initiative
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
  • Able to commit 15-20 hours per week flexibly around studies
  • Responsible, responsive, able to work in a hybrid setting (remotely with F2F/online meetings several times a month)
