Senior Campaign Strategist

The Senior Campaign Strategist will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns. You will turn cultural insights, behavioural data, and client objectives into sharp, actionable campaign strategies that connect with audiences through 360 marketing channels.

Your ability to translate strategic thinking into clear direction for creative and media teams will be the key to success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of campaign strategies for Government-to-Citizen (G2C) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) clients – from big-picture communications frameworks to detailed channel plans and messaging rollouts.
  • Translate client briefs, audience data, and cultural trends into clear strategic campaign directions that drive creative development and media planning.
  • Build audience segmentation models and campaign journeys that map out how different audiences are reached, engaged, and converted.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Account Management, and Media teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned across content, channels, and touchpoints.
  • Write and deliver compelling presentations that bring campaign strategies to life – clearly articulating insights, logic, and rationale to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Champion strategic innovation and emerging trends across culture, media, and technology to inform future campaigns.
  • Provide thought leadership in campaign best practices and performance analysis to improve effectiveness and learnings.
Experience and Attributes
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing/Advertising industry (Brand/Communications Strategy, Business Consulting) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and/or traditional media for B2C or G2C clients, with a track record of driving growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover data-informed insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Embodies charisma, with strong storytelling skills in verbal and written form, especially presenting to internal teams & stakeholders of all levels
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated and self-starting personality, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • A team player who is able to collaborate effectively with various teams ranging from Account Management, Creative and Media
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and familiar with Data Analytics tools such as Meltwater etc.
