Provide technical support for busbar systems, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to busbar products, components, and systems.
Offer on-site or remote assistance to customers for the proper setup and maintenance of busbar systems.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including RCA reports, manuals, and procedures for customers.
Ensure all busbar systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Support other functional teams (Sales, Product, Projects) with technical expertise, including product recommendations and feasibility studies.
Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback and assist with product development and improvements.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to identify spare parts p/n and ensure timely delivery and support of spare parts.
Provide training to service operation engineers, customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of busbar systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and technological advancements related to busbar systems.
