About the role
This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Queenstown Central Region, focused on university partnerships and program development at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS). In this strategic position, you will play a key role in expanding MDIS's network of university partners and developing new academic programs to support the institute's growth objectives.
What you'll be doing- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with local and international universities
- Negotiate and manage agreements with university partners
- Design and develop new academic programs in collaboration with university partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new programs
- Monitor partner relationships and program performance, making recommendations for improvements
- Represent MDIS at industry events and conferences to promote partnership opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reporting on partnership activities and program development
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the education or higher education sector
- Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, both locally and globally
- Proven track record in establishing and managing successful university partnerships
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and program development expertise
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, education or marketing
