Senior Executive, Health Information Management Services

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive tosupport the daily operations of Health Information Management Services (HIMS). The role supports the Senior/Manager, HIMS Operations, in overseeing ClinicalInformation Services (CIS), Medical Records Services (MRS), Patient BiodataMerge Unit (PBMU), and the Scanning Unit (SU).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day‑to‑day operations of HIMS units, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical records.
• Supervise staff handling high‑volume records, scanning, and data‑merge activities.
• Manage outsourced warehouse and logistics providers for medical records inventory and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with MOH confidentiality, institutional policies, and data protection standards.
• Support digitalization initiatives, including EMR readiness, system testing, workflow changes, and post‑implementation support.
• Prepare periodic reports, support audits, and participate in process improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Fresh Bachelor’s Degree; experience in healthcare operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people‑management skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and medical records management (training provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
