Associate Engineer/ Assistant Engineer

Job Description:

1. Execute production activities according to the production schedule to achieve targeted output set by management.
2. Perform first-level troubleshooting for equipment-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
3. Coordinate with support staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain optimal machine efficiency.
4. Implement and support effective preventive maintenance practices.
5. Monitor and maintain product quality using advanced technologies and established standards.
6. Manage and track the flow of goods and materials through a digital quantity monitoring system.
7. Effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
8. Carry out other related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering-related disciplines, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Candidates with no prior working experience or has just completed studies are welcome to apply.
3. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
