20Pax - Associate Test Engineer (Semiconductor / Shift Work)

We are looking for 20 Associate Test Engineers to join a leading multinational semiconductor company. The role involves supporting semiconductor testing operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining test equipment efficiency. Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing or testing experience and willingness to work rotating shifts are encouraged to apply.

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of semiconductor devices to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Operate and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and testing systems.
• Analyze test data and identify defects or abnormal results.
• Support production testing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve test-related issues.
• Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance when required.
• Prepare test reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or testing environment is required.
• Familiarity with ATE systems, semiconductor testing processes, or production testing is an advantage.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Monday – Friday
• 9 hours per shift
• Rotating shift (including night shift)
