1. Coordinator (Engine parts) /Up to $5,000 + $250 Allowance @Jurong East

• Manage quotations & sales orders, monitor order status, backorder, fulfilment & follow-up delays.
• Liaise with logistics for shipment & manage distributor enquiries for parts availability/pricing etc.
• Assist identifying correct parts using parts manuals, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Provide guidance on lead times, and maintain parts pricing structure, discount levels & quotation.
• Updates of parts price lists, and work with sales on competitive pricing and margin control.
• Assist negotiations for cost, lead-time; liaise with internal for parts validation/application.
• Identifying parts required for maintenance, overhaul, or repair jobs.
• Preparing parts lists for service projects, contract maintenance, and retrofit activities.
• Monitor fast-moving spare parts demand trends, and provide input for stocks availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage stock allocation and urgent requests.
• Track parts sales performance, backlog, and order fulfilment KPIs
• Prepare monthly reports i.e parts sales/conversion rate; and highlight risk and recommend solution.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with 2 years in parts sales, aftermarket support.
• Familiarity with generator/Engines/Automotive parts preferred,
• Proficient in SAP and experience in processing quotation and sales orders.

1. Coordinator (Auto Parts) /Up to $3,500 @Jurong East

• Manage customers & sales support for assigned markets including quotations, taking orders etc.
• Manage all correspondence implementing the given communication and information systems.
• Preparing quotatons and control margins and controlling the sales performance of the accounts.
• Administrate and update of all databases and the filing system.
• Control of order processing including backorders, procurement, and disposition.
• Responsible for the prompt return of all customer and market information.
• Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with sales manager/analyse markets/market trends.
• Assist in implementing marketing instruments in consultation with marketing department.
• Supporting of business trip and participation in projects and documentation.
• Training of new sales coordinators & participation in training programs.
