• 5 days, 9am-530pm

Job Scope:

• Frontline Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers and handle all incoming telephone inquiries.
• Quotation & Advisory: Prepare repair cost estimates for customers and provide appropriate service advice.
• Technical Communication: Translate customer-reported issues into clear, actionable work orders for the technicians.
• Billing & Cashiering: Process invoices and collect payments from customers for completed services.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the computer database.

Job Requirement:
