Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable car retrofit solutions
• Respond to customer enquiries through various platforms including Shopee, Carousell, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Convert online enquiries into in-store visits for demonstrations, consultations, and product discussions.
• Provide clear product explanations and professional advice to support customer decision-making and sales conversions.
• Capture photos and videos of vehicles, retrofit installations, and completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Assist with basic content creation and updates for e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings, visuals, and information remain accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and update inventory records, including tracking stock availability and updating inventory systems.
• Maintain the workshop, storage areas, and display spaces in an organised, clean, and presentable condition to support daily operations.

• Set up and manage the company’s official social media platforms (e.g., Instagram as the primary channel).
• Develop and implement a content plan aligned with HQ brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt and localize regional marketing content for the Singapore market in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Publish and manage social media posts to support brand awareness, customer education, and store traffic.
• Respond to customer enquiries via social media direct messages and WhatsApp, providing accurate information on products, promotions, and events.
• Identify potential sales opportunities from enquiries and refer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
• Coordinate with the Singapore sales team and regional marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Monitor engagement metrics and enquiry trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement and content effectiveness.

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other related studies
• Entry level are welcome, training will be provided
