Assistant Project Engineer (Precision) /Up to $4,000 @Commonwealth

Track project progress (schedule & budget) and analyze engineering data to identify issues.
Maintain project documentation, including technical reports & meeting minutes.
Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
Assist with on-site installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Perform quality checks on installed equipment and materials.
Identify & troubleshoot technical issues, prepare PO for mechanical components/equipment.
Evaluate vendor proposals and source materials based on specifications
Conduct research on new technologies/materials for engineering projects.
DiplomaDegree in Mechanical with knowledge in material & design, assembly and interpret drawing.
Proficiency in Solidworks software and basic skills in scheduling and budget tracking.

Project Engineer (ACMV) /Up to $6,500 @CBD

Assist in planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects.
Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality standards & health & safety are comply.
Supervise and liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and workers on site.
Preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with experience in ACMV(heatload, pump size, airflow, chilled water)
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources and knowledge
