1. Assistant Project Engineer (Precision) /Up to $4,000 @Commonwealth

• Track project progress (schedule & budget) and analyze engineering data to identify issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including technical reports & meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Assist with on-site installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Perform quality checks on installed equipment and materials.
• Identify & troubleshoot technical issues, prepare PO for mechanical components/equipment.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and source materials based on specifications
• Conduct research on new technologies/materials for engineering projects.
• DiplomaDegree in Mechanical with knowledge in material & design, assembly and interpret drawing.
• Proficiency in Solidworks software and basic skills in scheduling and budget tracking.

1. Project Engineer (ACMV) /Up to $6,500 @CBD

• Assist in planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects.
• Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality standards & health & safety are comply.
• Supervise and liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and workers on site.
• Preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
• Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with experience in ACMV(heatload, pump size, airflow, chilled water)
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources and knowledge
