Role Overview

You don't just solve problems; you manage the process of discovery and value architecting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic workstreams, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and meet Accenture’s high standards of excellence.
• Manage & Mentor: Direct the work of Consultants and Analysts, providing clear guidance, coaching, and "people-first" mentorship to foster their professional development.
• Drive Strategic Insights: Oversee the development of financial and operational models, ensuring the "so-what" is clearly extracted from the data to drive bold C-suite decisions.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to mid-to-senior level clients, managing expectations and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on a shared vision.
• Operating Model Design: Lead the design of future-ready operating models and digital transformation strategies that integrate business, technology, and operations.
• Business Development: Support Senior Managers and Directors in identifying new opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, and participating in the "oral" presentations for new work.

• Advanced Structural Reasoning: Exceptional ability to frame ambiguous problems and guide a team through structured hypothesis-led problem solving.
• Storytelling & Influence: The ability to craft high-impact narratives that persuade senior stakeholders and simplify the complex intersection of business and technology.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge in specific trends like Cloud Strategy, Sustainability, or Data-Driven Business Models, with the ability to apply these concepts across industries.
• Commercial Acumen: An understanding of project profitability, resource management, and the mechanics of a consulting practice.
• Collaborative Leadership: A natural ability to work across international borders and diverse cultures, maintaining a high-performance culture while being "bold to change."

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant experience in management consulting or a high-growth corporate strategy environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.
