Role Overview
As a Strategy Consultant, you will work at the heart of high-impact projects, helping C-suite leaders solve their most pressing challenges. You will bridge the gap between business goals and technological possibilities, using data-driven insights to architect value.While a Director sets the vision, you are responsible for the rigorous analysis, structural reasoning, and creative problem-solving that bring that vision to life.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Execute Strategic Workstreams: Own specific modules of a consulting engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Value Architecting: Conduct rigorous financial and operational analysis to identify and validate value-creation opportunities for global clients.
- Synthesize Complex Data: Translate vast amounts of information into cohesive conclusions and "so-what" findings that inform senior-level decision-making.
- Design Solutions: Collaborate with project teams to ideate and design operating models and business strategies that leverage digital and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work seamlessly across international, multi-cultural teams to produce high-impact presentations and project deliverables.
- Practice Building: Support business development by contributing to proposals and creating thought leadership that elevates Accenture’s brand in the market.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Relevant experience in management consulting or a high-growth corporate strategy environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.
