Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive who will be responsible for managing import and export logistics operations and supporting efficient logistics management. The selected candidate will have opportunities to engage in international logistics operations within a collaborative team environment.

• Manage daily import and export logistics operations
• Review and improve operational processes and procedures for higher efficiency and cost savings
• Prepare logistics freight and warehouse cost forecasts, KPI analysis, and reporting to the supervisor
• Identify HS codes for spare parts and machinery, and communicate with relevant authorities as required
• Prepare monthly inventory reports from the system and reconcile with 3PL warehouse stock reports
• Verify and process invoices from forwarders for payment confirmation
• Achieve operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting

• Diploma or higher

• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of trade and customs compliance will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Management System is a plus
• Proficient in English and Chinese language for communication with freight forwarders for import/export administration
