We’re a passionate team of designers, builders, and dreamers, delivering turnkey solutions that turn houses into homes.Now, we’re expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the key bridge connecting our partners, banks, and design teams — driving new business and building strong, lasting relationships.
1️⃣ Build Channel Partnerships- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, banks, and business partners.
- Present our renovation solutions and partnership programs to drive referrals and revenue growth.
- Provide professional advice to partners and clients to ensure a smooth renovation journey.
- Partner with local banks to promote renovation loan programs and joint marketing campaigns.
- Support agents with sales materials, training, and client presentations.
- Track performance and suggest new strategies for better results.
- Work closely with our Interior Design team to align client needs and market trends.
- Coordinate feedback between clients, agents, and designers for the best project outcomes.
- Conduct market research on competitors and customer trends.
- Assist in planning partner events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development, channel management, or marketing — ideally in the interior design or renovation industry.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven.
- A self-starter who enjoys meeting people, building networks, and growing opportunities.
- Singaporean preferred.
