About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join as Customer Service Officers supporting MasterCard credit card services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with some work experience to gain exposure in financial services while developing client engagement skills.

• Promote MasterCard products to existing customers across various consumer segments by cross-selling value propositions.
• Engage and build strong customer relationships, delivering excellent client experience.
• Follow up to ensure customers’ applications and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
• Meet performance standards, business goals, and targets.
• Present effectively and communicate confidently with customers face-to-face or through telemarketing activities.

• Fresh graduates welcome, with some form of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
