Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product and service information
- Assist with service requests, complaints, and warranty claims
- Coordinate repair and service appointments with technicians
- Maintain customer records and service logs accurately
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 year relevant of Customer Service / Administration working experience
