Zenith Facility Services is seeking a reliable Gardener / Horticulturist to keep our clients’ grounds healthy, safe and looking their best. If you take pride in well-kept landscapes and can work independently to a schedule, we would like to hear from you.

• Carry out scheduled landscaping maintenance (frequency agreed with the site’s operations team).
• Prune, weed, fertilise, mulch and manage overall plant health.
• Select and care for plants suited to the site and climate.
• Maintain garden and landscaped areas to a tidy, presentable standard.
• Work safely on slopes and uneven terrain; keep tools and the site clean and orderly.
• Report any plant-health, drainage or safety concerns to the operations team.

Maintain three planting zones:

• Heavy sloping areas: slope planting, privacy screening and safe access control.
• Forest area: clear forest floor, shade-tolerant planting, upkeep of the seating area and wildlife-friendly maintenance.
• Flat exposed garden: vibrant, colourful planting to complement the pool and cabana areas.
• Select and care for plants that attract birds and butterflies and add seasonal colour.
• Maintain the community garden/forest areas.
• Maintain a discreet, professional presence around residents at all times.

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of tropical/Singapore plants and slope/forest planting.
• NParks landscape or arboriculture certification an advantage.
• Able to work safely on sloping and uneven terrain.
• Reliable and self-managing for scheduled visits.
