HR Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations for the company
- Coordinate mandatory core trade training and course applications for foreign workers and gardeners
- Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of gardeners, landscape workers, drivers, and other operational staff.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
- Monitor employees' medical examinations, training certifications, and work pass expiry dates.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and overtime records.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative correspondence.
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external service providers.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in landscape/construction industry)
- Able to work independently
- PC literacy and experience with MSOffice applications such as excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
- Familiar with work pass application processes
- Able to commence work soonest possible
- Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and competencies.
