Salary: Up to $26.30 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with departmental leaders to support workforce strategies and organisational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with division heads to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions
• Support the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Contribute to organisational design and workforce planning projects
• Collaborate with HR specialist teams on initiatives in areas such as compensation, talent management, and career development
• Respond to employee queries and manage day-to-day HR matters
• Analyse workforce data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in recruitment efforts and employer branding campaigns

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR analytics
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
