- Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
- Actively work with the relevant HR Teams (Talent Management, Learning & Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services) to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
- Actively participate and lead the review/enhancement of HR operational efficiency and standard operating process
- Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
- Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters
- Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
- Provide leadership to the HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the Company/Business Units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements
- Preferably has a valid IHRP-CP certification
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field
- 6 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.
- Proven track record in delivering people initiatives and contributing to the success of the business.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure despite competing priorities.
- Willing to work at multiple locations/office sites
