Receptionist and Admin Officer (Walk-In Interview | Raffles Place MRT)
Our client is seeking a Receptionist and Admin Officer to be the welcoming face of their office and to provide essential support for day-to-day operations.
Walk-In Interview Details:

50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower
#07-01Salary: Up to $2,700
Job Descriptions:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning)
- Respond to emails and general inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges or passes when required
- Process payments or invoices when applicable
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and friendly
- Preferred knowledge in procurement system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates available to start on short notice will have an added advantage
