As a Senior Executive, Workplace Safety & Health (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Be part of the Infrastructure and Facilities Management team supporting Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance in accordance with the WSH Act, MOM regulations, ISO 45001, and the Ensure Safety System (ESS).
• Support the implementation and upkeep of WSH standards and compliance requirements.
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate WSH and fire safety training and maintain statutory records.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain safety procedures, SDS, and chemical safety documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the WSH Committee.
• Assist in emergency preparedness, occupational health, and hazardous substances management.
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and safety reviews.
• Coordinate M&E safety matters and organisation-wide ESS initiatives.
• Assist in overseeing daily facility operations to ensure the environment is safe, functional, and patient-ready.
• Support responses to facility-related issues to minimise service disruptions.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain healthcare environmental standards.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Facilities Management.
